Having the right intelligence about the opposition is critical to successful litigation.  SIG conducts intelligence operations to support litigation using a variety of modalities and techniques to reveal key findings and build the most complete picture possible. Projects are conducted to support litigation, as well as pre- and post- litigation situations, in multiple countries around the world.

In order to engage some elements of investigation (such as accessing credit histories or bank account information), specific legally permissible use criteria must be met.
